Essential is for paper-first planning. Master adds the Excel workbook, vendor guide and Calm Wedding Companion. Complete adds the day-of and guest materials, stationery and editable Canva templates at release. Buy one bundle: the larger bundles already include the smaller ones.
Is this professional wedding coordination?
These are self-guided planning tools. They do not replace a coordinator, supplier advice or local legal requirements. The Companion offers practical organisational guidance and is not a clinically tested or doctor-endorsed product.
Is this a physical planner?
Everything is digital. You receive files to download, use, or print. Books, devices, flowers, and other photography props are not included.
What software will I need?
The printable PDFs open in a PDF reader. The Master and Complete collections also contain an .xlsx workbook for Microsoft Excel. A spreadsheet software subscription is not included. Google Sheets compatibility is not promised. Canva template access is part of the Complete release; a Canva account is required.
Can I type directly into the printable PDFs?
The printable PDFs are designed for writing by hand or annotating with a compatible PDF app. They do not contain fillable form fields. Editable Canva templates are a separate part of the Complete Toolkit at release.
Will this work outside the US?
The collection is written in English and includes both A4 and US Letter planner PDFs. The Excel workbook tracks one chosen currency at a time; it does not convert currencies. Stationery uses the dimensions shown in its product description.
How do I receive my files?
When a collection is available to purchase, its files are delivered through the order confirmation and download links after successful payment. Keep a backup of your original files before editing.
Can I share or resell the files?
The purchase is for personal use for one wedding. You may share completed planning information with your wedding team, but you may not redistribute, resell, or give away the blank templates.
